I highly recommend Forsburg Furnace. Joe drove to meet me through blizzard conditions to discuss a heat pump system for our house. He worked with me to design a great system that we could afford. And his crew came on the exact day and time they said they would, finished the job on time, and did an expert installation. The system is quiet and works really well.

The team from Forsburg Furnace replaced our old oil boiler with a propane-fired boiler in about 6 hrs, and removed our remaining oil and tank to donate to someone in need. What a blessing! They left the workspace clean and were very courteous while here. Afterwards, they reviewed the work with me completely. I highly recommend them.

Their furnacce went out on a Friday night and they called Forsburg and spoke with Joseph Mann and he was able to walk Mike through keeping the furnace going until they could come out and install a new furnace. Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and easy to use thermostat.

They have fantastic service and are extremely professional. When my furnace malfunctioned on a day that the weather was snowing, raining and absolutely terrible they quickly determined the problem and within a few hours my furnace was replaced and operational.

Our furnace broke, we called around 8am. They came and look at the furnace around 8:15am. Joe was so very nice. Our new furnace was set up before 12pm. I cannot recommend them enough!! So helpful and kind.

We got a new gas furnace and central air unit and from start to finish, the customer service is amazing and unmatched. They were so friendly to work with and did an amazing job. They made us feel safe and answered our questions. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after and were just so respectful.

The two outside condenser units were wall mounted above the snow line and look great. The seven inside wall mounted air handler units are located in their respective rooms in areas for the best heating or cooling distribution. All tubing and wiring looks fine and exposed areas are concealed with a nice looking covering.
I am well satisfied with all the installation work and was done one day earlier than the estimated time. Give your crew a thumbs up.

We recently had a ductless AC/heat split unit put in our home. This company is very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The two young men who installed the system were very polite and professional. When we had a question about the system a month after installation, Joe called us back in a timely manner and was very helpful in answering our question. We highly recommend this company!

I was very please with my central air installation.

I called for after-hours emergency repair on our Lennox Furnace. The repairman explained to me that no place in this city had on hand parts for Lennox so he would save us money and wait until tomorrow morning to come and see if he needed to order parts from Lennox for our repair. Unfortunately, the necessary repair parts would be really expensive, and they might take some time to get here. The serviceman came early and would have ordered the necessary parts, but we decided to get a new Carrier furnace that could be readily repaired, if necessary. By 12:30 pm that day 2 nice and polite young men were here to install and within 2 hours we had heat! We could not have asked for better service and we are now a happy and warm couple. The men were professional, fast, efficient, and helpful. The entire job for us, installation of a natural gas furnace and ductwork in the attic and central air, was completed in the 3 days specified and well done. For a work of such scale, they kept the mess and intrusion as minimal as possible. The heating system was put to immediate use and has been functioning flawlessly ever since. Phone contacts were also excellent, immediate, and pleasant with precise follow-ups as discussed. Excellently done.

Forsburg Furnace and AC is a really great local HVAC contractor. Forsburg has installed a natural gas forced air furnace, a natural gas boiler, and two natural gas water heaters for me. They also provide my annual cleaning and maintenance. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Forsburg. Their work is excellent, they install quality brands, and their prices are fair. Also, the Forsburg office is run by Heather and Autumn who both do a wonderful job and are super professional.

They replaced my furnace much faster than I could imagine. Great service, friendly, would highly recommend.
